Deadline for Spring 2009 application is September 15, 2008

Dear Interested Scientist or Engineer:

It is my distinct pleasure to invite you to apply for admission to graduate study in the Macromolecular Science and Engineering Department at Case Western Reserve University. It is my firm belief that our department is among the very best in the world, with recognized expertise and projects among the faculty spanning cutting-edge nanoscale processing to exciting functional materials. Furthermore our graduates have a track-record of securing fulfilling jobs in industry, government labs, and academia, having benefited from a modern polymer science curriculum and research training with recognized experts.

Please find on this webpage links to both a secure online application form and a PDF “print and mail” form for you to choose from. Filling out the forms will only take 10-15 minutes and their submission will initiate our expedient evaluation process. PLEASE NOTE: a list of all required documents and more information about the application process can be found in the PDF file above.  As chairman of the Graduate Committee, I am happy to answer any questions you may have, from polymer research topics to practical issues of relocating to Cleveland. You can reach me most easily at amj@case.edu. I look forward to hearing from you!
